{"id":475,"date":"2018-05-21T07:13:30","date_gmt":"2018-05-21T07:13:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/sopa-de-esparragos\/"},"modified":"2018-05-29T14:18:19","modified_gmt":"2018-05-29T14:18:19","slug":"sopa-desparrecs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/ca\/sopa-desparrecs\/","title":{"rendered":"Sopa d\u2019esp\u00e0rrecs"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 llauna d\u00b4esp\u00e0rrecs o millor un manatd\u2019esp\u00e0rrecs frescos<\/li>\n<li>3 cebes petites tendres o equivalent<\/li>\n<li>50 gr. de mantega<\/li>\n<li>4 cullerades soperes de farina<\/li>\n<li>1,5 l. d\u00b4aigua<\/li>\n<li>0,5 l. de llet o equivalent en crema de llet  o afegint-hi aigua<\/li>\n<li>sal, sucre.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 pot de salsa d&#8217;olives Olivada Mol\u00ed de Pomer\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Si els esp\u00e0rrecs s\u00f3n frescos, es pelen i es bullen amb una mica de sal i sucre amb l\u00b4aigua.<\/li>\n<li>Mentrestant piqueu la ceba.<\/li>\n<li>En una cassola o olla ampla poseu la mantega a fondre, tireu la ceba i quan estigui cuita, per\u00f2 no rossa, hi poseu la farina barrejant-ho b\u00e9.
