Corregiu de sal o poseu-hi sucre si est\u00e0 massa \u00e0cid i ho reserveu.<\/li>\n<li>Talleu la s\u00edpia a trossos, enrossiu-la una mica, poseu-hi el vi blanc i la sal i tapeu l\u2019olla a pressi\u00f3 durant 12 minuts (si la s\u00edpia \u00e9s tendra menys estona) i es reserva.<\/li>\n<li>Rossegeu b\u00e9 els fideus amb oli abundant i un cop rossos coleu-los. Per no gastar tant d\u2019oli ho podeu fer en una paella i en v\u00e0ries vegades.<\/li>\n<li>Poseu la paella grossa al foc just untada d\u00b4oli. Afegiu els fideus ja rossos i aneu tirant el fumet de peix aproximadament 3 cullerots per 100 gr. de fideus (dep\u00e8n si agraden m\u00e9s o menys inflats). Seguidament tireu els alls fregits, la s\u00edpia amb el seu suquet i finalment, quan els fideus ja estan quasi b\u00e9 cuits, les gambes. Es deixa reposar 3 o 4 min. i ja ho podeu servir.
