{"id":499,"date":"2018-05-21T06:46:35","date_gmt":"2018-05-21T06:46:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/tosta-de-olivada-y-migas-de-tofu\/"},"modified":"2018-05-31T13:11:47","modified_gmt":"2018-05-31T13:11:47","slug":"tosta-dolivada-amb-tofu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/ca\/tosta-dolivada-amb-tofu\/","title":{"rendered":"Tosta d&#8217;olivada amb tofu"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><strong>Ingredients (per a 2 persones)<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>2 torrades de pa (de pag\u00e8s, de motll\u00f2, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Olivada (Mol\u00ed de Pomer\u00ed)<\/li>\n<li>3 porr\u00f2s<\/li>\n<li>3cullarada de sucre sense refinar<\/li>\n<li>Un grapadet de panses<\/li>\n<li>Tofu<\/li>\n<li>Una mica de reducci\u00f3 de vinagre de m\u00f2dena (Mol\u00ed de Pomer)<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>Sal del himalaya del (Mol\u00ed de pomer\u00ed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>En una paella coure els porros talladet a rodanxetes fines amb una culleradeta d&#8217;oli, una miqueta de sal i una cullerada d&#8217;aigua.<\/li>\n<li>Quan els porros estiguin escalfar-ho fer 3 cullerades de sucre sense refinar i remenar fins que quedi una barreja brillant i &#8220;enganxosa&#8221;.
