{"id":503,"date":"2018-05-21T06:40:22","date_gmt":"2018-05-21T06:40:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/croquetas-de-arroz\/"},"modified":"2018-05-31T13:15:57","modified_gmt":"2018-05-31T13:15:57","slug":"croquetes-darros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/ca\/croquetes-darros\/","title":{"rendered":"Croquetes d&#8217;arr\u00f2s"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 litre de brou de pollastre o verdura<\/li>\n<li>25gr de mantega<\/li>\n<li>1 dent d&#8217;all picat<\/li>\n<li>250g d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/li>\n<li>5 cullerades de nata<\/li>\n<li>55 de formatge parmes\u00e0 acabat ratllat<\/li>\n<li>Sal, i pebre negre acabat de moldre<\/li>\n<li>250gr de mozzarela tallada a uns 20 daus petits<\/li>\n<li>2 ous<\/li>\n<li>Pa ratllat per arrebossar<\/li>\n<li>Oli vegetal per fregir<\/li>\n<li>1 pot de salsa Mediterr\u00e0nia del Mol\u00ed de Pomer\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><img src=\"\" alt=\"\" \/><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Escalfar el brou i reduir el foc en comen\u00e7ar a bullir.<\/li>\n<li>Fondre la mantega en un cass\u00f3 mitj\u00e0 a foc baix. Afegir l&#8217;all i esperar 1 minut. Afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i, remenant, sofregir un altre minut. Regar amb un cullerot de brou calent i seguir la cocci\u00f3 fins que el conjunt l&#8217;hagi absorvit. Anar afegint brou d&#8217;aquesta manera fins que l&#8217;arr\u00f2s estigui tendre (potser no \u00e9s necessari incorporar tot). Quan l&#8217;arr\u00f2s estigui fet, abocar la nata i remoure.<\/li>\n<li>Apartar el cass\u00f3 del foc, incorporar el parmes\u00e0 i salpebrar. Estendre la barreja en una font i deixar refredar.<\/li>\n<li>Formar boletes amb cullerades de l&#8217;arr\u00f2s fregit i ficar un dels gla\u00e7ons de mozzarela al centre de cadascuna. Passar-les per l&#8217;ou batut i pel pa ratllat.<\/li>\n<li>Posar en una paella suficient oli perqu\u00e8 cobreixin les croquetes. Fregir les croquetes per tandes, 4 o 5 a la vegada, fins que quedin daurades i cruixents.
