{"id":513,"date":"2018-05-20T17:02:09","date_gmt":"2018-05-20T17:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/risotto-con-setas\/"},"modified":"2018-05-31T13:26:31","modified_gmt":"2018-05-31T13:26:31","slug":"risotto-amb-bolets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/ca\/risotto-amb-bolets\/","title":{"rendered":"Risotto amb bolets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400gr de bolets variats<\/li>\n<li>150gr de mantega<\/li>\n<li>1L de brou de pollastre o de verdures<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba petita<\/li>\n<li>300gr d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/li>\n<li>4 cullerades de parmes\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>sal, pebre acabat de moldre.<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades de salsa de bolets de Mol\u00ed de Pomer\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Netejar b\u00e9 els bolets i tallar en l\u00e0mines. Escalfar a 50g de mantega en una paella de fons gruixut afegir els bolets, deixar al foc 4-5 minuts, retirar de la cassola, afegir dues cullerades de salsa de bolets de mol\u00ed de Pomer\u00ed i reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Escalfar el brou a foc mitj\u00e0 fins que comenci a bullir.<\/li>\n<li>Reduir la calor i deixar a foc lent<\/li>\n<li>Fondre 60gr de mantega. Afegir la ceba i afegir-hi 3 5 minuts a foc lent, fins que s&#8217;estovin sense que es dauri.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i daurar-lo a la cassola 2 minuts sense deixar de remenar-ho. Afegir una cullerada de brou calent i deixar que l&#8217;arr\u00f2s el absorbeixi, sense parar de donar voltes. Seguir d&#8217;aquesta forma afegint el brou calent i remenant, fins que l&#8217;arr\u00f2s estigui tendre per\u00f2 mantingui la seva consist\u00e8ncia i cremositat.<\/li>\n<li>Afegir la barreja de bolets, una mica de mantega, el parmes\u00e0 i rectificar aquell temps si cal.
