Baby broad beans with Romesco sauce
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 800g baby broad beans
- 200g ham or bacon
- 50g olive oil
- 1 glass of Romesco Moli de Pomerí
- Blanch the baby beans in boiling water with salt and pepper. Cool and drain them.
- Cook them in a hot frying pan until they are toasted. Set aside.
- Then put the butter and oil in the pan and fry the sliced ham strips. Incorporate the baby beans and mix. Serve on plates.
- Add the Romesco sauce.
