{"id":571,"date":"2018-05-20T16:51:27","date_gmt":"2018-05-20T16:51:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/carpaccio-de-atun\/"},"modified":"2018-05-31T13:38:13","modified_gmt":"2018-05-31T13:38:13","slug":"tuna-carpaccio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/molidepomeri.com\/en\/tuna-carpaccio\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuna Carpaccio"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>300gr fresh tuna first<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons vinegar of Modena, Moll de Pomer\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>7 tablespoons oil<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>salt and freshly ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>A handful of ruca<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons Parmesan shavings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Put the tuna in the freezer for an hour so it is firm but not hard.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a dressing by whisking the vinegar modena, olive oil, garlic, parsley<\/li>\n<li>Remove the tuna from the freezer and cut into very thin slices. Spread over 4 four plates and sprinkle the fish with a spoonful of dressing on each plate.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the remainder of the dressing in a bowl with the backwards, mix and place a portion on each plate of tuna.
