Spaghetti with prawns
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 25g butter
- 300gr peeled shrimp
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 7 tablespoons dry white wine
- 2 tablespoon of sauce sofregit Moll de Pomerí
- Boil a pot of salted water. Add the spaghetti and let it boil, following package directions, until tender. Drained
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan while you cook the pasta. Add 2 tablespoons sofrito sauce cook for 1 min.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and leave them until they turn pink. Add tomato and white wine and season to taste.
- Combine shrimp and basil pasta with freshly boiled until a homogeneous whole. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.
