Tomato and basil skewer
Ingredients
- 8 slices 1cm thick
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Spray a pot of oregano aroma of Moll de Pomerí
Preparation
- Toast the slices on the grill until browned on both sides.
- Rub each with half the garlic and then sprinkle with a little olive oil while still hot. Book
- Mix the chopped tomatoes and basil in a bowl, season.
- Spread 1 or 2 tablespoons of the tomato mixture over each toast and sprinkle with oregano spray before serving.
