Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 600g potatoes peeled and cut into cubes of approx. 2 cm.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 handful chopped fresh rosemary
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Salsa Brava of Moll de Pomerí
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200 º C
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl, season well and give them back
- Spread the potatoes in a lightly greased tray and bake 45 to 50 minutes until they are cooked and browned. Turn them over during cooking to brown.
- Place in a preheated source and serve. Served with salsa brava of Moll de Pomerí.
