Calçots Sauce


A sauce originally from Tarragona, which was created in association with one of the best-known products of Catalan cuisine, the calçot : a special type of tender green onion.

Recommended use:

Essential with calçots. Excellent with all kinds of boiled or grilled vegetables, asparagus, young onions, etc. It can be thinned with olive oil.


Fresh tomatoes, olive oil, nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), breadcrumbs made from bread with wheat flour, spices, Chardonnay vinegar, garlic and salt.


Format: 440 ml.
