Mushrooms Sauce


A smooth flavour of wild mushrooms, in the style of the delicate sauces of Italian cuisine.

Recommended use:

As a garnish for all types of meat, specially veal and beef, fried, chargrilled or grilled, and hamburgers. For blue fish and strongly flavoured fish and for toasted bread. As a basis for aromatic preparations of rice and pasta. Can be thinned with cream or stock. Can be combined with tomato sauce.


Wild mushrooms, garlic, onion, olive oil and wine.
