Toasts with gorgonzola cheese and tapenade
Ingredients
- 24 slices of bread
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 150g. Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 glass Tapenade of Moli de Pomerí
- Toast and warm slices of bread in the oven with olive oil and salt.
- Rub the garlic on the slices of toast and sprinkle with virgin olive oil.
- Spread a teaspoon of gorgonzola cheese on each toast, arrange on a platter.
- Put on a little tapenade on the slices of toast and serve immediately.
